Pre-hospital ECPR for Refractory Cardiac ArrEst - PRE-CARE Study

 

Trial Summary:

PRE-CARE aims to assess the rate of neurologically intact survival to hospital discharge in adult patients (aged 18-70 years) with refractory out of hospital cardiac arrest (OHCA) treated with prehospital extracorporeal cardiopulmonary resuscitation (ECPR) compared with those treated with conventional cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CCPR) or in hospital ECPR.
