Trial Summary:

BANDAID aims to determine if use of an integrated system of end-to-end digital solutions web-app will improve practitioner adherence to guideline-based therapies in recently admitted heart failure with reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF) patients at time of discharge and decrease admissions and mortality when compared to rates documented in a retrospective audit in the same institutions.

Eligibility:

Adult inpatients with a diagnosis of HFrEF, confirmed by evidence of left ventricular diastolic dysfunction.
