The PETACC6 study is an EORTC-led open-label, randomised, multinational two-arm phase III study investigating whether the addition of oxaliplatin to preoperative fluoropyrimidine-based chemoradiation and postoperative fluoropyrimidine-based chemotherapy improves disease-free survival in locally advanced rectal cancer. |
