CTC tells ABC more random sampling needed

Focussing testing in a hot spot, like the Bondi Beach cluster, makes obvious sense but the CTC's Prof Ian Marschner proposes more random sampling (if and when we can) is important as well.

"You don't want to be biased towards testing just in hot spots, you want to spread that out over a range of different geographical areas," he said.
