Alpana Ghadge

Clinical Trials Program Manager - Neonatal and Perinatal

Alpana Ghadge joined the CTC in 2003, and has extensive experience in oncology and perinatal/neonatal trials. She also has experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology fields as well as in the management of intellectual property.

Alpana currently works as Perinatal and Neonatal Program Manager and oversees the development and the operational aspects for national and international multicentre perinatal/neonatal clinical trials. She also plans and executes workshops, meetings and conferences bringing the perinatal and neonatal community together aiming for a long term successful partnership between consumers and professionals.

Alpana supports and supervises the staff involved in the coordination of clinical trials. She has over 15 years of experience in the setup, execution and supervision of investigator initiated clinical trial activities. She is passionate about mentoring and training her team and delivering on high quality clinical trials in women and child health.

In 2017, Alpana was awarded the Sydney Medical School Award for Exceptional Performance by Professional Staff.
