Dr Sharon Nahm

PhD Candidate

Dr Sharon Nahm is a PhD candidate at the CTC, focusing on “improving discussions of prognosis in advanced cancer.” She has a particular interest in the timeliness, prompts, and methods of communication of prognostic information.

She was awarded BMed MD from the University of New South Wales in 2013 and was a medical oncology advanced trainee at Concord Hospital and Chris O’Brien Lifehouse from 2018-2019. She completed a clinical research fellowship at The Christie NHS Foundation Trust in Manchester, the UK in 2020, specialising in melanoma.
