Dr Kylie Hunter is co-lead of the NextGen Evidence Synthesis Team at the CTC. Since joining the CTC in 2009, she has become an expert in innovative ‘NextGen’ evidence synthesis methods, including individual participant data and prospective meta-analysis. Her work has driven key methodological advancements, such as guidance for searching clinical trials registers, promoting data sharing and assessing research integrity using individual participant data. Kylie applies these methods to generate robust evidence addressing high-priority research questions across diverse fields, with a particular focus on child health. She also serves as Associate Convenor of the Cochrane Prospective Meta-Analysis Methods Group.
