Dr Angelina Tjokrowidjaja

Dr Angelina Tjokrowidjaja is a Future Leader Senior Research Fellow at the CTC and Medical Oncologist at St George and the Sutherland Hospitals with subspecialty interest in gastrointestinal, gynaecological and other advanced cancers.

Angelina has collaborated with CTC senior researchers since 2014 when she undertook research projects as part of her Master of Medicine in Clinical Epidemiology. She has since joined the CTC and submitted a PhD on biomarkers to individualise treatment for patients with advanced cancers. Her ongoing research interests are focused on improving individualised treatment for patients with advanced cancers in the contemporary practice setting through biomarker assessment and other strategies. Angelina serves on the Genomic Cancer Clinical Trials Initiative (GCCTI) Project Team, Australia New Zealand Gynaecological Oncology Group (ANZGOG) Cervical Tumour Working Group and Cancer Institute NSW eviQ Reference Committee for gynaecological and gastrointestinal streams.
